The Golden Girls and guests enjoyed their Christmas luncheon December 16, 2008, at the Winery of beautiful Chateau Elan in Braselton. Frances Bowen and Jean Donohoe once again served as hostesses for this annual festive event. They're from the Guardian Angel, which God assigned to you, and they fell out in his struggles, as he protected you. Nell proudly displays her new Christmas socks.  Yes, the Italian maiden is still stomping grapes in the fountain at the entrance to the Winery. She must be getting tired! ;- )   Frances passed around a get well card for Minnie Black who fell recently, broke a hip and had hip replacement surgery. Everyone signed the card and sent their personal message to Minnie wishing her a speedy recovery.  She is currently recuperating in William Breman Jewish Home in Atlanta.  We are sure that Minnie would enjoy hearing from you especially during this Christmas season.
